Matthew Towne, Ten years ago at TSD's Media editing facitity in Austin. Dr. Michael Augustus is the Director of Curriculum at Kermit Radio Academy and businessman in Big Spring, TX. His broadcast experience includes owning and operating both Radio and Television Stations in Texas, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina and Nevada. Board Member and Director David W. Wagenvoord is a veteran broadcaster, literally, began his distinguished career 50 years ago in Armed Forces Radio, Korea with an M1 and a microphone. Now inducted into the Broadcasters Hall of Fame, Dave Wagenvoord, known as "Wagi" has been actively trading, avidly arranging and brokering high-dollar barter transactions for almost 40 years and is probably the shrewdest and quickest witted business person you will ever meet. Dave is the President of Wagenvoord Advertising, owner of several radio stations and one of the greatest barter experts in the world. He has personally bartered at least $300 million worth of goods and services, Including trading for exotic travel, capital goods and equipment, luxury cars, electronics, homes, condominiums and even entire businesses. Steve German is a Board Member at Kermit Radio Academy. Steve has been a broadcaster some 27 years. Melvin Nolte is Treasurer and Mary Nolte is Secretary, both volunteers, Officers, Board Members, and Advisors at Kermit Radio Academy. Melvin and Mary Nolte have been broadcasters some 10 years. Mark Nolte is an Instructor at Kermit Radio Academy. Mark is the founder, energy and finances that made this a reality. He has been a Broadcast Technical Consultant some 27 years.
